Vanessa Wolfe is an artist who crafts with the earth through the mediums of food and clay.

Her intimate relationship with food began while farming in Northern California. Tending to the vast variety of plants and experiencing the abundance of harvest inspired her to begin an exploration into creating nourishing meals. The joyous experience of farming and creating farm fresh meals would serve as her north star in the days to follow.

Vanessa found her way to Topanga Canyon and began leading gardening programs for inner city youth in Los Angeles. This reconnection with the earth allowed for many to find a deeper connection with themselves. After many years, she decided to find her way back to her passion of cooking for others.

She now serves as a chef prioritizing farm fresh produce, local ingredients, traditional methods and artful presentation. Alongside food, Vanessa loves to create with clay. In many ways, food and ceramics were made for each other. At private events and gallery showings, you will often see vibrant food displayed on hand crafted ceramic pieces.

Vanessa is based in Topanga, California but works worldwide and welcomes international bookings.
